Can this canopy be set up on a hill or slope?
The setup area must be mostly level for the canopy to stay secure and safe. A slight slope is usually fine, but anything significant can cause the frame to sit unevenly or put stress on the anchoring points. We will help you assess the setup area during delivery.
Can this canopy be used on concrete?
Yes. We bring heavy-duty sandbags to secure the canopy when staking is not possible. Grass setups are always preferred and the safest option, but concrete or pavement is perfectly acceptable when properly weighted.
Is the canopy clean?
Absolutely. Each canopy top and frame is inspected, cleaned, and checked for damage before every rental. You can expect a clean, professional-looking shelter every time.
Will you set up the canopy for us?
Yes. All canopies include full setup and takedown by our team. We secure everything correctly, check tension points, and make sure the canopy is safe before we leave your location.
Can this withstand wind?
Canopies must be taken down if winds exceed safe limits. While they hold up well in normal conditions, high winds can damage the frame or become unsafe for guests. Always follow our safety instructions, and if questionable weather approaches, contact us immediately.
