Can this tent be set up on a hill or slope?
The ground must be mostly level for a high-peak tent. A slight grade is usually fine, but anything noticeably slanted can create tension issues, uneven legs, or unsafe anchoring. Our crew will assess the area upon arrival and confirm whether the site is suitable.
Can this tent be used on concrete?
Yes. We can set this tent up on concrete, pavement, gravel, or asphalt using heavy-duty weighted ballasts. Grass setups are always preferred because staking is the safest method, but we fully accommodate hard surfaces with proper anchoring equipment.
Is the tent clean?
Absolutely. Every tent top is scrubbed, dried, and inspected between rentals. Your setup will be bright, clean, and photo-ready for weddings, receptions, and special events.
How do underground utilities affect setup?
High-peak tents require deep ground stakes when set up on grass. Because of this, locating underground utilities is mandatory. Please call 811 at least one week prior to your event so utility companies can mark your property. This protects your property, your guests, and our crew. If staking cannot be done safely, we may not be able to complete your setup.
Will you handle setup and takedown?
Yes. Our team installs the tent, centers and tensions the fabric, and secures every anchoring point. After your event, we return to safely remove everything — hassle-free.
Is the tent safe in the wind?
High-peak tents are extremely sturdy when installed and anchored properly. However, any tent has wind limits. If strong storms or high winds are expected, we will guide you on whether the structure should be removed for safety. Your safety comes first — always.
