What table and chair rentals do you offer?
We offer four table types: 60-inch round tables (seat 8), 6-foot rectangular folding tables (seat 6), 4-foot rectangular folding tables (seat 4), and 42-inch cocktail high-top tables (3–4 standing). For chairs, we offer white folding chairs that pair with any of our table options. We also offer a 1 Table and 6 Chairs bundle set for easy ordering.
How many chairs do I need per table?
Match chairs to seats: a 60-inch round table needs 8 chairs, a 6-foot rectangular table needs 6 chairs, and a 4-foot rectangular table needs 4 chairs. For cocktail high-tops, plan for 3–4 stools or no chairs if it is a standing cocktail hour. When in doubt, order one extra chair per table — it is easier to have a spare than to be short one seat.
What is the difference between the 60-inch round table and the rectangular tables?
The 60-inch round table seats 8 and encourages conversation because everyone faces the center — great for wedding receptions, dinner parties, and family reunion banquets. The 6-foot rectangular table also seats 6 and is better for buffet lines, long rows of seating, kids tables, and tight spaces where round tables won't fit. The 4-foot rectangular table seats 4 and works well for smaller groupings, food stations, or gift tables.
Do you deliver and set up the tables and chairs?
Yes — we deliver and arrange every table and chair rental at your location, then return for pickup. Tables must be returned clean and free of trash, coverings, and decorations. A small cleaning fee may apply if additional cleanup is needed. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Lancaster, KY.
Can I rent tables and chairs without a tent?
Absolutely. Tables and chairs can be rented standalone for any indoor or outdoor event. Many customers use our tables and chairs inside church fellowship halls, school gymnasiums, or open-air venues where cover already exists. If you do need shade or shelter, our tent rentals pair perfectly — check out our tent rental packages for complete bundled setups.
How far in advance should I book table and chair rentals?
For weekend events in spring and summer — our busiest season — we recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks ahead to ensure availability, especially if you need large quantities.
