Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

We get it — life happens and plans change. Here’s a straightforward breakdown of how we handle cancellations so there are no surprises.
Your Deposit is Safe (Just Not Refundable as Cash)
All deposits are non-refundable as cash, but you won’t lose it. Your deposit will always be applied toward a rescheduled date or converted to a gift card / rain check good for 18 months from your original event date.
Paid More Than the Deposit?
If you’ve paid beyond the deposit and a refund is approved, we’ll return the difference minus any credit card processing fees. We don’t mark these up — they’re passed through to you at cost.
Canceling Due to Weather? Here’s What to Know
If you’d like to cancel because of weather, just let us know by 8:00 AM on the day of your event. Keep in mind, weather cancellations aren’t accepted more than 3 days in advance — forecasts that far out simply aren’t reliable enough to make that call.
Rescheduling & Rain Checks
Once a cancellation is approved, everything you’ve paid (deposit + any overage, minus credit card fees on the overage) can be applied to a new date you choose, or issued as a gift card / rain check valid for 18 months. We can’t always guarantee the same equipment on the new date due to existing reservations, but we’ll do our best to set you up with a great alternative.
Cancellations Outside This Policy
If a cancellation doesn’t meet the above requirements, it won’t be eligible for a rescheduling credit or gift card. A 3% restocking fee based on your order total may also apply.
Table & Chair Rentals — Additional Policy
Because tables and chairs are often reserved far in advance for weddings, graduations, and other milestone events, they follow a slightly stricter schedule.
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your event. If you cancel within 30 days, the reservation won’t be eligible for rescheduling credit or a gift card, and additional charges may apply.
Deposits are non-refundable as cash. If you cancel 30+ days out, your deposit can be applied to a new date or issued as a gift card / rain check valid for 18 months.
Overpayments will be refunded minus any credit card processing fees, if a refund is approved.
Rescheduling requires at least 14 days’ notice before your original event date. Equipment availability on the new date isn’t guaranteed.
Weather does not qualify as a reason to cancel table and chair rentals. We strongly recommend having an indoor backup plan or tent coverage in place.
Inclement Weather Policy
Safety is our number one priority — for you, your guests, and our crew. If we’re facing rain, high winds (over 15 mph), lightning, temperatures below 32°F, or any other severe weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel, delay, or reschedule your reservation. That decision is made solely with safety in mind and is at our discretion.
Please note: our delivery and pickup windows sometimes fall one to two days before or after your event date. If dangerous weather during those windows prevents a safe setup or takedown, we may still need to cancel or reschedule — even if your event day itself looks clear.
Rain or storms in the day or two before your event do not qualify for a weather cancellation. The weather policy only applies to conditions that directly affect safe setup or operation on your actual event day.
If we determine it’s not safe to set up on your event day: your deposit will be applied to a new date of your choice, or issued as a gift card / rain check valid for 18 months. Any overage you paid will be refunded minus credit card processing fees. Equipment availability on the new date is not guaranteed.
If the equipment has already been set up and bad weather rolls in before pickup, the rental is considered fulfilled. No refunds or credits will be issued at that point.
If dangerous weather hits during your event, everyone needs to exit the inflatable immediately and it must be deflated until it’s safe again. No extensions or refunds will be issued in these situations.
