What party rentals do you offer beyond inflatables?
Beyond inflatables, we offer tent rentals (10x15, 10x20, 20x20, and 20x40), white folding table rentals (4 ft and 6 ft), white folding chair rentals, cocktail table rentals, yard game rentals (axe throw, yard pong, cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, basketball, football toss), sno-cone machine rentals, popcorn machine rentals, Predator 9000 generator rentals, Bluetooth speaker rentals, and bundled party packages.
How many tables and chairs do I need for my party?
A good rule of thumb: one 6-foot table seats 6–8 people, and one 4-foot table seats 4–6. For every table, plan on one chair per seat. If you are unsure, contact us with your guest count and we will recommend the right number. We always round up slightly so no one is left standing.
What size tent do I need for my event?
Our 10x20 canopy works well for 1–2 tables as a shade station. The 20x20 high peak tent comfortably covers 3–4 tables (up to 32 seated guests). The 20x40 high peak tent is our largest and can seat up to 80 guests under cover — perfect for weddings, large birthday parties, and community events. We are happy to help you size it right based on your guest count and layout.
Do you need power for the concession machines?
Yes — the sno-cone machine and popcorn machine both require a standard 120V outlet. If your event location does not have power nearby, we also rent the Predator 9000 generator which can power concession machines, inflatables, speakers, and lighting all at once.
Can I rent a tent with tables and chairs as a bundle?
Yes — we offer pre-built tent, table, and chair packages including The Gathering Point (20x20 tent with 6 ft tables and chairs), The Social Station (20x20 tent with cocktail tables and a Bluetooth speaker), The High Point (20x20 tent with cocktail tables and audio), and The Celebration Point (20x20 tent with round tables). You can also build a fully custom order.
Do you deliver and set up tents and tables?
Yes — every time. We deliver, set up, and arrange every tent, table, and chair rental, then return for teardown and pickup. You do not lift a finger from delivery to pickup. Delivery is free within 20 miles of Lancaster, KY.
