FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions for the Showstopper Package
What is included in the Showstopper Package?
This package includes a 10x20 canopy, 24 chairs, 4 tables, a sno cone machine, 50 servings of syrup and cups, a Bluetooth speaker, corn hole, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4, plus professional setup and takedown.
How many guests is this package best for?
The Showstopper Package is built for up to 24 guests. It is a great fit when you want enough seating, shade, snacks, and entertainment for a full backyard gathering without overcomplicating the setup.
What kinds of parties is this package good for?
This package works great for birthdays, cookouts, graduations, family parties, reunions, and backyard celebrations. It is especially helpful when you want the party to feel full and guest-ready without piecing everything together from multiple places.
Do you set everything up for us?
Yes. Our crew handles delivery, setup, and takedown. We place the canopy, tables, chairs, speaker, sno cone machine, and games so you can focus on the party instead of the heavy lifting.
Can the canopy be set up on a hill or slope?
The canopy needs a mostly flat, open area for the safest setup. A slight grade is usually fine, but anything noticeably sloped can create an uneven or unsafe setup. Our crew will assess the space and choose the safest placement.
Can this package be set up on concrete?
Yes, in many cases. The canopy can often be installed on concrete, pavement, or asphalt with the proper weighted anchoring. Grass is preferred when available, but we can work with many hard-surface setups if the area is safe and accessible.
Do I need power for the sno cone machine and Bluetooth speaker?
Yes. The sno cone machine and Bluetooth speaker will need suitable power access. If you are unsure about outlet placement or extension needs, text us and we will help you plan the setup.
What comes with the sno cone machine?
The package includes the sno cone machine plus 50 servings of syrup and cups, giving you an easy crowd favorite treat already built into the party.
Which yard games are included?
This package includes corn hole, giant Jenga, and giant Connect 4. That gives your guests a great mix of simple, crowd-friendly entertainment for both kids and adults.
Can I add more tables, chairs, games, or concessions?
Absolutely. You can add extra tables and chairs, more yard games, or additional concessions if you want to build out an even bigger setup.
Is this a good package if I do not want to do a bunch of setup work?
Yes. That is exactly what this package is built for. It gives you shade, seating, snacks, music, and games in one reservation so you do not have to spend your whole day hauling chairs, setting up tables, or trying to entertain everybody yourself.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If wind, storms, or unsafe weather conditions affect setup, we may need to adjust the plan. Canopies are not installed or left up in unsafe wind conditions.
Do you offer discounts?
Ask us about our referral program. Nurses, firefighters, police, and military can text us directly for service-based discounts.
