FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions for the Backyard Legend Package
What is included in the Backyard Legend Package?
This package includes a 20x20 marquee tent, 4 round tables, 32 chairs, a Bluetooth speaker, corn hole, giant Connect 4, yard pong, a sno cone machine with 50 servings of syrup and cups, a popcorn machine with 30 servings of popcorn, plus professional setup and takedown.
How many guests is this package best for?
The Backyard Legend Package is a great fit for larger family-style gatherings where you want plenty of seating, shade, snacks, music, and games. With 32 chairs and 4 round tables, it creates a comfortable central setup for guests to sit, eat, relax, and hang out.
What kinds of parties is this package good for?
This package works great for birthdays, graduations, family parties, backyard celebrations, cookouts, reunions, and events where you want the backyard to feel like the place to be without piecing everything together yourself.
Do you set everything up for us?
Yes. Our crew handles delivery, setup, and takedown. We set up the tent, tables, chairs, concessions, speaker, and games so your party space is ready for guests without you lifting a finger.
Can the marquee tent be set up on a hill or slope?
The tent should be set up on a mostly flat, open area. A slight grade is usually fine, but anything noticeably sloped can create tension issues, uneven legs, or unsafe anchoring. Our crew will assess the space and confirm the safest setup location.
Can this package be set up on concrete?
Yes, in many cases. The marquee tent can often be installed on concrete, pavement, gravel, or asphalt with proper weighted anchoring. Grass is preferred when available because staking is the safest method, but we can work with many hard-surface setups when the area is safe and accessible.
Do I need power for this package?
Yes. The Bluetooth speaker, sno cone machine, and popcorn machine will need suitable power access. If you are unsure about outlets, distance, or extension needs, text us and we will help you plan the layout.
What comes with the sno cone machine?
The package includes the sno cone machine plus 50 servings of syrup and cups. It is an easy crowd favorite and a great way to keep kids refreshed during warm-weather parties.
What comes with the popcorn machine?
The package includes the popcorn machine plus 30 servings of popcorn. It gives guests another simple snack option and helps make the setup feel like a real event.
Which yard games are included?
This package includes corn hole, giant Connect 4, and yard pong. These games are easy for guests to jump into and work well for both kids and adults.
Can I add more tables, chairs, games, or concessions?
Absolutely. You can add extra tables and chairs, more yard games, or additional concessions if you want to build out an even bigger setup.
Is this a good package if I do not want to handle setup?
Yes. That is exactly what this package is built for. It gives you shade, seating, music, games, sno cones, and popcorn in one reservation so you are not spending the day hauling chairs, chasing supplies, or trying to entertain everybody yourself.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If wind, storms, or unsafe weather conditions affect setup, we may need to adjust the plan. Tents are not installed or left up in unsafe wind conditions.
