Before Your Event: Important Information to Know

Cancellation Policy:

  • The deposit is nonrefundable and secures your rental for the scheduled event date.
  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the event in case of inclement weather.
  • If a cancellation is requested outside of our policies, there may be a risk of forfeiting Rental Fees.

Remaining Balance:

  • The remaining balance for your rental is due before the setup. No exceptions. *Drivers do not carry change*
  • It’s recommended to make the payment before the event to avoid any delays or additional fees.

Delivery and Pick-Ups:

  • Deliveries occur between 7 am and 1 pm. Special circumstances require approval from our office staff, so please get in touch with us if you have not already done this.
  • Dry inflatables must stay dry unless arranged by the office staff. Additional fees may apply.
  • Pick-ups commence no later than 6 pm, irrespective of your event’s end time.
  • If you need a delivery outside our standard window or an early pick-up, please contact us. Late pickups are challenging due to the volume of equipment to retrieve. Additional fees may apply if extra time is requested.
  • To request a late pickup, reach out to us for confirmation of availability.


  • Inflatables may arrive slightly damp due to cleaning, but we make every effort to dry them before your event.
  • Allow our team a few extra minutes for inspection and cleaning before loading the units back onto our vehicles.
  • Again, dry units must stay dry or fees will be applied.
  • Please keep your children and animals away from the set up area during set up and take down.


  • Ensure the event area is mowed outside of 48hours prior to your event to reduce the grass clippings.
  • Bagging grass clippings is recommended to minimize grass entering the units.
  • All units are tarped to reduce grass and mud. This is a standard service.
  • Please pick up pet waste in the area before our arrival to avoid cleaning fees and delays. PICK UP THE POOP PLEASE!!!
  • We use stakes to secure equipment; mark sprinkler or utility lines to prevent damage.
  • It is the responsibility of the personal renting the inflatable to locate utilities.


  • Measure your setup area to confirm it can accommodate your selected rental.
  • A 36-inch wide path is needed for setup, including gates and doors.
  • Please let us know if there are stairs involved in the drop off or any other factors like elevators.


  • You are responsible for ensuring there are sufficient power outlets within 75 feet of your setup area. Generators are not provided; you may supply one yourself.


  • We do not currently offer delivery and setup at parks unless arranged with our office staff.

Leaving Equipment:

  • Equipment should not be left unattended to avoid liability for theft or damage.
