CENTRAL KENTUCKY’S TENT RENTAL COMPANY
Your Event Happens Rain or Shine
A tent is the one rental that decides whether your event happens at all. Ours are clean, white, and put up by a crew that stakes them properly, so an August thunderstorm does not end your reception.
Five Sizes to Pick From
From a 10x15 canopy over the food table to a 20x40 high peak that seats about 60 guests. Rent one or line several up.
Clean White Tops
Our tent tops are washed and inspected between events. No stains, no mildew, nothing that shows up in your photos.
Staked or Weighted Properly
We stake into grass or weight on hard surfaces, and we check the guy lines before we leave. A tent that is up wrong is worse than no tent.
Sidewalls When You Need Them
Add sidewalls to block wind, rain, or afternoon sun. They go on and off in minutes if the weather turns.
Tables and Chairs Too
Rent the tables and chairs with it and everything shows up on one truck, on one invoice.
Book Right From Your Phone
See prices, check your date, and book your tent in minutes. No phone tag, no waiting on a callback.
Why People Book a Tent
You’re Not Renting a Tent. You’re Buying Peace of Mind About the Weather.
Nobody rents a tent because they want a tent. They rent one so they can stop refreshing the forecast every hour for two weeks.
Stop Watching the Forecast
Once the tent is booked, rain is an inconvenience instead of a cancellation. That alone is worth the price.
Shade in July, Cover in October
Kentucky summers are brutal and fall nights turn fast. A tent handles both without changing your plan.
It Makes the Space Feel Real
A yard with a tent in it stops looking like a yard and starts looking like a venue. Photos change completely.
We Handle Setup & Takedown
We deliver, stake it, square it up, and come back for it. You never touch a pole.
One Truck, One Invoice
Tent, tables, chairs, and anything else you need arrive together and leave together.
You Can Trust Who Shows Up
Licensed, insured, and on time. You know exactly who is coming down your driveway.
