What ages is this slide best for?
Trop Wave is a perfect “sweet spot” slide for smaller kids up through teens. It has enough height to feel exciting, but it is still very manageable for younger riders, which helps keep kids playing all day.
Is it a single lane or double lane?
It is a true dual lane slide, so two riders can slide at the same time. That means faster rider flow, less arguing, and shorter lines at busy parties.
What is the benefit of the center climb stairs?
The center climb keeps traffic organized. Kids climb up the middle and slide down either side, which helps prevent crowding and keeps the slide moving smoothly.
Does it have a pool at the bottom?
Yes. This unit finishes with a splash pool, which gives a fun landing and helps keep riders from running out into the exit area.
Do we need to provide a water hose?
Yes. You must supply a garden hose long enough to reach from your water source to the unit. We will connect it and route it as safely as possible during setup.
Can this be used on a hill or slope?
For safety, the ground must be as level as possible. A slope of less than 1 ft drop per 4 ft of run is the maximum we allow. Anything steeper can push riders sideways into the netting and create an unsafe ride.
Can it be used on concrete?
Not when used wet. Because this unit has a splash pool finish, we do not operate it wet on concrete or hard surfaces for safety reasons.
What do we need for power?
You will need a working power source within 75 feet of the setup area. A dedicated outlet is strongly recommended so the blower stays running consistently throughout your event.
Who is responsible for supervision?
An adult (18+) must supervise at all times. Supervision means actively watching, keeping rough play out of the pool, and managing rider flow so the landing area stays clear and safe.
Is the unit clean?
Yes. We clean, sanitize, and inspect every unit before and after each rental so your slide arrives spotless, safe, and ready for play.
What happens if weather is bad (wind, lightning, storms)?
Safety comes first. If conditions make setup or operation unsafe, we will not install or we will shut it down. If weather impacts your event, we follow our weather policy and help you with the next best option.
Can we move the inflatable after it is set up?
No. For safety and to protect the unit, it must stay exactly where our crew installs and anchors it. If you need it repositioned, contact us so we can handle it properly.
