This is the question we hear most. The answer depends on three things: how many guests you’re expecting, whether they’ll be seated or standing, and whether you need room for a buffet table inside the tent.
These are shade covers, not event tents. Use a 10×15 or 10×20 canopy as a food station for your buffet line, a shade zone next to an inflatable bounce house, or a small gathering space for 12–18 seated guests. The 10×20 is our most popular canopy and starts at $130.

Pro tip: If you have 40–50 guests and plan to serve food, rent a 20×40 for seating and add a 10×20 canopy as a separate food station. This keeps the buffet line out of the seating area and gives your guests room to move.
