Frequently Asked Questions for the USA Bounce House Water Slide
Can this be used on a hill or slope?
For safety, the setup must be on a fairly level surface. A slope of less than 1 ft drop per 4 ft of run is the steepest we allow. Anything more causes riders to slide sideways into the netting, which is unsafe.
What ages is this best for?
This combo is best for ages 3–12 when used wet. The slide height and water speed are perfect for that range, giving them plenty of excitement without being overwhelming.
Do we need to provide a water hose?
Yes. You will need to supply a hose long enough to reach from your water source to the inflatable. The unit has a small built-in connector, but you must still run a garden hose to the setup area.
Can this unit be used on concrete?
Not when wet. With the detachable pool installed, it creates a deep-style landing zone that is unsafe on concrete.
Wet setups must be on grass so we can stake the unit securely.
Are the inflatables clean?
Yes — every combo is fully cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between rentals. Your USA combo arrives spotless and ready for action.
