Can this be used on a hill or slope?
Water slides must be on level ground for safety. Anything steeper than a one-foot drop over four feet creates too much speed and pushes riders into the side netting. If you’re unsure, send us a picture of your yard and we’ll help you confirm the setup area.
What ages is this inflatable best for?
Best for ages 3–12. The slide height and deep pool landing are designed with younger riders in mind, making it a great fit for elementary-age kids.
Can this be used on concrete?
No. Because Palm Paradise has a deep pool landing, it cannot be used on concrete when wet. This unit must be set up on grass so it can be safely staked down and provide the proper landing surface.
Do I need to supply a water hose?
Yes. A hose must reach from your water source to the setup location. The inflatable includes an internal spray line, but the connecting hose is the customer’s responsibility.
Is it clean?
Always. We wash, sanitize, and fully dry every unit after each rental. Your slide arrives fresh, clean, and ready for the fun.
Is the setup safe?
Absolutely. We stake the unit into grass at all four corners and secure all connection points. Adult supervision is required anytime kids are using a water slide.
