Can this setup be placed on a hill or slope?
A 20×20 high-peak tent must sit on ground that is mostly level. Light slopes are usually fine, but anything too steep becomes unsafe for the structure and for your guests. If the grade is too uneven, we may not be able to complete your setup. We’ll assess the site on arrival to ensure it meets safe installation standards.
Can this tent be used on concrete?
Possibly. Concrete setups limit how we can safely anchor the tent. In some situations, weighted ballasts can work, but depending on the space, layout, and surface conditions, we may not be able to complete your setup. Grass with proper staking is always the safest and most secure installation method.
Do we need to call 811 for underground utilities?
Yes — this is required for all grass setups. Staking a tent means penetrating the ground, and underground utilities must be marked beforehand.
Please call 811 at least one week before your rental to ensure the area is properly cleared.
Is everything clean for use?
Yes. The tent, tables, and chairs are cleaned, inspected, and ready for your event. Everything arrives prepared for a comfortable and welcoming setup.
Will you set everything up?
Absolutely. We install the tent and place the four 6-foot tables and 24 chairs so you’re ready to go. After the event, we return for takedown and removal.
Can we move the tables and chairs?
You can adjust them to match your layout. Just avoid dragging furniture across hard surfaces, as it can damage the equipment.
Is the tent safe in windy weather?
Our tents are securely anchored, but wind and storms still matter. If concerning conditions are forecasted, we’ll guide you based on our safety standards. Guest safety always comes first.
