Frequently Asked Questions for the Sunny Palms Slide
Can this be used on a hill or slope?
For safety, the ground must be as level as possible. A slope of less than 1 ft drop per 4 ft of run is the maximum we allow. Anything steeper causes kids to slide sideways into the netting, which is unsafe for both participants and the operator.
What ages is this slide best for?
Sunny Palms is great for ages 3 to 15. It has the height and speed bigger kids love, while still being very manageable for younger riders.
Do we need to provide a water hose?
Yes. You must supply a hose long enough to reach from your water source to the unit. The slide has its own small attachment hose, but you still need to provide the main hose for water delivery.
Can this slide be used on concrete?
Not when used wet. Sunny Palms has a deep pool, and deep pools cannot be operated on concrete for safety reasons.
If you plan to run it dry, we can place a safety mat at the exit and use sandbags to secure the unit.
Are the inflatables clean?
Yes. We clean, sanitize, and inspect every unit before and after each rental. Your slide arrives spotless, safe, and ready for play.
