How much space do I need for an inflatable?
Each inflatable needs a flat, open spot with extra room around it for safety. The best way to be sure is to check the size listed on the item page and make sure you have a little extra space on all sides. If you are not sure, tell us your space size and we will help you pick the right unit.
Do I need power for the inflatable?
Yes. Inflatables need a steady power source for the blower the whole time. A power outlet must be within 75 feet of the setup spot. If power is farther away, you may need an extra extension option so everything stays safe and reliable.
What surfaces can you set up on?
Grass is best. We can also set up on some hard surfaces like concrete or asphalt if the area is safe and we can anchor the inflatable properly. Tell us what surface you have when you book so we can plan the right setup.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Safety comes first. If weather is unsafe (like high wind, lightning, or heavy rain), the inflatable may not be able to be used. If that happens, we will follow our weather policy and work with you on the next best step based on conditions and schedule.
Do I need an adult to supervise?
Yes. An adult (18+) must watch the inflatable the whole time it is in use. Adults should help kids follow the rules, keep things calm, and make sure the inflatable is used the right way.
Can I move the inflatable after you set it up?
No. Please do not move, drag, or re-position the inflatable. Moving it can damage the unit and can make it unsafe. If it needs to be adjusted, contact us so we can handle it the right way. Moving an inflatable without consent may result in an additional fee.
