Can this setup be placed on a hill or slope?
The Praise Pavilion includes a 20x20 high-peak tent, which must sit on ground that is mostly level. A gentle slope is usually workable, but anything steep becomes unsafe and may prevent us from completing the setup. We’ll assess the area during delivery to make sure it meets safety standards.

Can this tent be used on concrete?
Possibly, but not guaranteed. Because tents rely on proper anchoring, concrete and pavement can prevent us from safely securing the structure. In some cases we can use weighted ballasts, but depending on conditions, we may not be able to complete your setup. Grass setups with staking are always the safest and our preferred method.

Do we need to call 811 for underground utilities?
Yes — this is mandatory for any tent going on grass. Staking requires all underground utilities to be marked.
Please call 811 at least one week before your event so the area is properly cleared for staking.

Is everything clean and ready for use?
Yes. The tent top, poles, ropes, tables, chairs, and all audio equipment are cleaned and inspected before every rental. We take pride in delivering a setup that’s ready for worship, fellowship, and community events.

Does the Praise Pavilion include audio equipment?
Yes. You’ll receive a Bluetooth speaker and a wired microphone to make sure your message is heard clearly — whether it’s worship, announcements, or community sharing.

Will you set everything up?
Yes. We handle tent installation, table and chair placement, and make sure the audio equipment is operating correctly. After your event, we return for takedown and removal.

Is the tent safe in the wind?
High-peak tents are stable when properly anchored, but severe weather still matters. If high winds or storms are expected, we’ll advise you based on safety standards and our experience. Safety always comes first.
