A 20×20 high-peak tent must sit on ground that is mostly level. Gentle slopes are often workable, but anything too steep becomes unsafe for the structure and for your guests. If the grade is excessive, we may not be able to complete your setup. We’ll evaluate the site on arrival to ensure it meets safe installation standards.
Can this tent be used on concrete?
Sometimes. Concrete limits our ability to anchor the tent safely. In some cases, weighted ballasts may work, but depending on the surface, space available, and conditions at the site, we may not be able to complete your setup. Grass with proper staking is always the safest and most reliable installation method.
Do we need to call 811 for underground utilities?
Yes — this is required for all grass installations. Staking a tent means penetrating the ground, and underground utilities must be marked beforehand.
Please call 811 at least one week before your event so the area can be properly cleared.
Is everything clean and prepared for use?
Absolutely. The tent, tables, and chairs are cleaned, inspected, and maintained before each rental. We deliver equipment that’s ready for dining, fellowship, or celebration the moment your guests arrive.
Will you set everything up?
Yes. We handle tent installation and carefully place the five round tables and thirty chairs to create a comfortable, welcoming layout. After your event, we return for takedown and removal.
Can I rearrange the tables and chairs?
You’re welcome to adjust the layout as needed for your event flow. Just avoid dragging tables or chairs across concrete or asphalt, as it can damage the equipment.
Is the tent safe in the wind?
High-peak tents are secure when properly anchored, but wind and storms still matter. If concerning weather is expected, we’ll guide you based on our safety standards and experience. Guest safety will always come first.
