Can this be used on a hill or slope?
Mini Palm is made for younger kids, so the setup surface should be mostly level. A slope greater than a 1-foot drop over 4 feet makes the inflatable lean and can push small kids toward one side. If your yard isn’t perfectly flat, just send us a picture — we’ll help confirm the best and safest spot.
What ages is this inflatable best for?
This unit is ideal for toddlers and young children ages 2–8. Older kids should use larger inflatables that are designed for higher weight and impact levels.
Can this be used on concrete?
Yes. Mini Palm has an attached inflated landing area, which means it can be used on concrete, pavement, turf, or grass. Grass is always safest because we can stake the unit, but we can secure it on hard surfaces using sandbags.
Do I need to supply a water hose?
Yes. While Mini Palm has a built-in smaller hose attachment for the slide area, you must supply a standard garden hose long enough to reach the setup location from your water source.
Is it clean?
Completely. We clean, sanitize, and dry every inflatable between rentals. Mini Palm always arrives spotless and ready for safe toddler play.
Is the setup safe?
Very. We secure it with stakes on grass or sandbags on hard surfaces. Adult supervision is required at all times to ensure only age-appropriate children play inside.
