FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions for the Happy Crayon Bounce House with Slide
Can this be used on a hill or slope?
A gentle slope is usually okay, but safety comes first. The ground must not drop more than about 1 ft over a 4 ft span. Anything steeper makes kids slide to one side and puts pressure on the safety netting. If you’re unsure, send us a picture of your yard and we’ll help you determine the best placement.
What ages is this inflatable best for?
The Happy Crayon is ideal for ages 3–12. It’s designed for younger riders and families who want a fun, colorful setup without the intensity of a large slide. Teens and adults can play, but it shines brightest with younger kids.
Can this be used on concrete?
Yes — since this version is **dry only**, we can safely set it up on concrete, asphalt, turf, or indoors. We’ll bring sandbags to secure everything properly. Grass setups are still the safest and always recommended when possible.
Is it clean?
Absolutely. Every unit goes through our firefighter-owned cleaning and sanitation process after each rental. We inspect, clean, and sanitize thoroughly so your kids get a spotless inflatable every time.
Is the setup safe?
Yes. We handle full setup and takedown, securing the inflatable with stakes or sandbags depending on the surface. Adult supervision (18+) is required at all times to ensure safe play.
Do we offer discounts?
Ask us about our referral program for perks and savings. Nurses, firefighters, police, and military can text us directly for service-related discounts.
