A 20×20 high-peak tent must be installed on ground that is mostly level. Gentle slopes are usually manageable, but steeper grades create unsafe tension on the tent legs and anchoring points. If the slope is excessive, we may not be able to complete your setup. Safety comes first for you and your guests.
Can this tent be used on concrete?
It depends on the site. Concrete setups restrict our ability to properly anchor the tent. Weighted ballasts can sometimes work, but depending on the space and surface conditions, we may not be able to complete your setup. Grass setups with ground stakes provide the most secure and reliable installation.
Do we need to call 811 for underground utilities?
Yes — this is required for any grass installation. Our tent stakes penetrate the ground, and all underground utilities must be located beforehand. Please call 811 at least one week before your rental to ensure the area is properly marked and safe for setup.
