At Backyard Responder, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans may need to be adjusted. Please review our cancellation policy below:
1. **Rain Check Cancellation:**
– For rain check requests, please notify us no later than 8 am on the day of the scheduled event. We understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable, and we appreciate your prompt communication.
2. **Equipment Guarantee:**
– Please note that in the event of a rain check, the same equipment cannot be guaranteed due to prior reservations. We will, however, make every effort to accommodate your event with suitable alternatives.
3. **Cancellation Outside of Policy:**
– Cancellations made outside the specified policy may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
4. **Restocking Fee:**
– Additionally, there may be a 3% restocking fee for cancellations made outside the specified policy. This fee is intended to cover administrative and preparatory costs associated with your reservation.
